Motivate, develop and structure
The Shift Leader delegates tasks and ensures that the right person is in the right place at all times. You will lead and develop the team and help them succeed in their job every day together with the Coffee Shop Manager. You will also be a person that team members can turn to for questions about daily operations.
Shift Leader Academy
You will work at your own assigned Coffee Shop, but also work as a Coffee Trainer in the area assigned to you and visit the Coffee Shops monthly. Together with your Coffee Shop Managers, you are responsible for Senior Baristas in your area developing their role as a coffee ambassador, and strengthen their profession. You will constantly be on the look for new upcoming superstars – our new Senior Baristas.
