Getting married and having a family are on top of my bucket list. Further down the road, I would like to run my own start-up. For my career at Espresso House, I dream of breaking records together with my team and I believe that our sense of community will be key. We are like a family, and I hope that I will always be able to support my colleagues in the best possible way so that I get to witness how everyone is developing their skills and reaching their goals.

I want to be a role model for my Coffee Shop Team, and that my colleagues enjoy their work within a good working environment. Therefore, I will make sure that they develop in their roles and that they always feel heard. For my future at Espresso House, I plan to seek opportunities to participate in the company’s further development. I am a person with a lot of energy. I always have small projects going on. In the summer and spring, I spend a lot of time in the garden and building things. My next goal is to complete my motorcycle driving license so that I can fulfill the big dream of buying my own motorcycle!
