What is it like?
You don’t need any previous work experience to become a Host. This job is a great opportunity to gather valuable experience in working in a Coffee Shop. When you’re ready you can join the Barista training and become a certified Barista.
The first step in building your career
Working as a Host may be your first step towards becoming a Barista. Your work will be all about great service, you will take care of our guests by maintaining high quality in the Coffee Shop. Both in terms of service, cleanliness and products. As a Host, you typically work in one of the bigger shops, as a part of a bigger team of colleagues. Localize and add if applicable: (After the age of 18, you'll have the possibility to develop your skills and complete our in-house Barista training to become a certified Barista) and (You must be at least 14 years old to work as a host.) Different rules apply in different markets.
