Lead and motivate
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for a district within Espresso House, and be the immediate supervisor of your district’s Coffee Shop Managers, helping them develop and succeed in their job. Your role is to lead the people and the operations in your district according to Espresso House values and standards. Ensuring a good and healthy working environment in your district, as well as overall responsibility for the financial performance is key tasks in this role.
Communication skills
Internal communication will be a natural and big part of your job. You will manage communication when visiting your shops and talking with your team members. Both in physical meetings with your Coffee Shop Managers, and in our digital platform Workplace by Facebook.
Supporting the Coffee Shops
The position is operational, and you will spend a large part of your time in the shops coaching, following-up and guiding your Coffee Shop Managers.
