As a guest, you always have access to information about the food and drinks served in our Coffee Shops, via this page or our app. You can find all ingredients and nutritional values on our menu page. We also label all packaged products. Please read the full ingredient list and remember to visit the product information page regularly as our recipes may change over time.

Allergen information
The allergens from the EU common allergen list are written in CAPITAL LETTERS in the table of contents of each product. We also indicate these in a separate box so that our guests and staff can easily find the information. Traces off allergens listed comes from information provided to us by our suppliers for each ingredient.
Read the ingredient information carefully
If you are allergic to any substance other than those on the EU allergen list, please read the ingredient information carefully. These substances are written in lower case and are not listed in the allergen box.

Note!
We handle many products and ingredients and with that many different allergens. We are careful to separate ingredients to avoid allergens but our products are handled in the same premises and are available unpackaged in a common sales counter and heated in a common oven. This means that products can come into contact with each other and may contain allergens other than those shown on the website.
If you have allergies, we have some options for you.
They are factory-packed and labelled with e.g. "gluten free". Again, we remind you to visit the product information page regularly as our recipes may change over time.
Vegan - labelled products
Products labelled "Vegan" are made exclusively from plant-based ingredients. Vegan products and "Free from" products are not the same thing. Even if a product is labelled "Vegan" and made from plant-based ingredients, it may still be inadvertently contaminated with allergens such as milk or eggs.
Nutritional information
We calculate the nutritional content of our products using a nutritional calculator based on information provided by our suppliers.
