The beans for this limited Specialty Coffee batch have grown in the South American highlands of San Ignacio in Cajamarca at around 1.500 - 1.850 meters above sea level. We owe this precious coffee to a group of about 70 small scale farmers who recognize and believe that by always placing nature first, they add greater value to the coffee and its surroundings.
Like all our coffee, so did we roast this one with great care at our own coffee roastery in Sweden. This is how we pay our tribute to the passionate work behind the beans while we make sure that we can serve you an exceptional taste experience!
