New Director of Retail Operations and Franchising

Branko Lazarevic has been appointed as the new Director of Retail Operations and Franchising at Espresso House Group and will be part of the company's executive management team.

He most recently comes from FranchiseArkitekt, where he has worked as a franchise consultant for the past six years. In his role, he has built, developed, and improved both operations and franchising for around sixty franchise chains.

"Branko has over 30 years of experience in operational leadership and franchising, with a proven ability to improve efficiency, raise standards, and deliver results. During his time at McDonald's Sweden, he played a key role in driving operational excellence and developing franchising," says Thomas Kelly, Chief Executive Officer of Espresso House Group.
