José Cil Appointed New Chairman of the Board at Espresso House – Former CEO of Restaurant Brands International
Espresso House, the leading coffee chain in the Nordics with operations across five countries, today announces the appointment of José Cil as Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Konrad Meyer.
José Cil has previously served as CEO of Restaurant Brands International (NYSE: QSR), one of the world's largest quick-service restaurant companies, with brands including Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs. Under his leadership, the company grew to over USD 40 billion in system-wide sales, with more than 30,000 restaurants in over 100 countries.
In his new role, José Cil will contribute valuable strategic expertise as Espresso House continues its expansion across both existing and new markets.
