Linda Carlsson becomes Senior Operations Director

We're delighted to announce that Linda Carlsson has been promoted to Senior Operations Director. In her new role, Linda will lead Nordic Operations with full accountability for the operational performance and profitability of our Nordic markets.

Linda's appointment reflects the strong leadership, operational expertise and people-focused approach she has demonstrated throughout her time at Espresso House. She will play a key role in strengthening our operations across the Nordics, with a continued focus on creating great experiences for our guests and supporting our teams to succeed.
