A new layer of autumn at Espresso House

Pumpkin and cinnamon bun flavours meet a light, silky foam in a new beverage menu launching on 1 September.

For many people, autumn marks a fresh start, bringing new routines, reunions, and long-awaited coffee breaks. At the same time, interest is growing in food and beverage experiences that engage more senses than taste alone. With this year’s autumn menu, Espresso House explores how texture can give familiar seasonal flavours a new expression.

At the heart of the collection are pumpkin and cinnamon bun, two flavours that many associate with autumn. By combining them with a light, silky foam infused with pumpkin sauce, Espresso House has created a beverage experience where flavour and texture interact in a new way.

“Consumers are increasingly seeking food and beverage experiences that engage multiple senses, with texture playing an important role alongside flavour. With this year’s autumn menu, we wanted to explore how a light, silky foam could bring new dimensions to favourites such as pumpkin and cinnamon bun. The result is a range of beverages that evolve throughout the drinking experience while keeping the familiar flavours of autumn centre stage,” says Elin Ekberg, Commercial Manager at Espresso House.

The pumpkin range offers warm notes of cinnamon and autumn spices, while the cinnamon bun-inspired beverages draw inspiration from one of the Nordic region’s most beloved fika classics. Together, they offer a fresh interpretation of flavours that many connect with the season.

Whether it is a morning coffee on the way to work, a fika with friends, or a well-earned break in the middle of the day, seasonal beverages have become an integral part of autumn’s small rituals. The new collection is inspired by the transition from summer to autumn, with flavours that reflect the changing season.

The autumn menu includes Pumpkin Latte, Pumpkin Iced Latte, Pumpkin Chai Latte and Pumpkin Frapino. It also introduces the new cinnamon bun-inspired drinks Cinnamon Bun Matcha Latte and Cinnamon Bun Iced Matcha. The beverages are available hot, iced and blended.
