We’ve developed an extensive training that is both practical and theoretical under the name Espresso House Academy. Our dedicated education and training team continuously evaluates and develops new trainings that bring fun to the learning experience.

Combining digital and onsite training
Digital and interactive trainings are a big part of our Academy. With our digital platform we are able to provide customized trainings, based on all roles within the company. We offer a combination of on-the-job training, workshops and digital training, and we always combine interactive exercises, video trainings and Barista hacks.
In 2022, we launched a gamification app across our markets so that our people can game their way through information and facts – challenge accepted!
